2.3 End-to-End Encrypted Data
The chat messages, media, files, call content, and locally stored data you use on DeJoy are processed only on your device and the recipient's device. Before this data reaches our service relay node servers, it is encrypted using keys known only to you and the recipient. Although the servers handle this end-to-end encrypted data to deliver it to the recipient, we cannot decrypt the actual content. In this case, we neither store nor process your personal data; instead, we store and process random symbol sequences that are meaningless without the key.

Passwords are securely stored using encryption. You are responsible for protecting your login information, and you should notify us immediately if you notice any unauthorized use.

You and authorized DeJoy staff can access data related to your authorized home server and unique user identity recognition server under strict conditions.
